By accessing the dc222 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet through dc222, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the dc222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

5.1 dc222 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, debit card, credit card, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary from time to time. All deposits are credited to your Account in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method in your own name that has been used for a prior deposit to your dc222 Account, except in cases where dc222 support has authorised an alternative method following identity verification.
6.2 dc222 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 5 to 15 minutes in the majority of cases during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional compliance review is required.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount at dc222 is Rs 500. dc222 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit, which will be communicated to you in your account settings.

6.5 Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the removal of the bonus balance from your Account.

12.4 dc222 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure results from circumstances beyond dc222's reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of God, natural disaster, telecommunications failure, government action, civil unrest, or internet outages.
13.1 dc222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where dc222 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) continuing to provide services to you would expose dc222 to legal or regulatory risk.
13.2 You may voluntarily close your dc222 Account at any time by contacting dc222 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC review.
13.3 In cases where dc222 closes your account due to your breach of these Terms & Conditions, dc222 reserves the right to withhold any pending winnings and to offset any amounts owed by you to dc222 against your remaining real-money balance. dc222 will notify you of the specific grounds for closure to the extent permitted by its legal and compliance obligations.
